I live an hour and a half away from this property and it had unforeseen issues and Sherri REALLY stepped up to the plate finding contractors that were needed to get the work done! Sherri did an amazing job selling my house. Sherri has proven time and time again that you need a realtor who is an expert in the business. I'd accepted an offer on the house, and at first it was going to close early. After signing all of the closing paperwork with an early close date, Sherri left to go visit her terminally ill family member. The bank threw us a monkey wrench, and pushed the closing date out over another month. I had already signed a lease for a new apartment. With her extensive real estate knowledge Sherri was able to broker a deal to have the escrow funds released to me so that I wouldn't lose the apartment or my security deposit on the apartment. All while visiting a terminally ill family member. I cannot thank her enough for what she was able to do for me. With real estate deals you need someone with Sherri's expertise, and her dedication to making sure the deal closes. She is a wonderful person and real-estate agent. This is also the 3rd house she has sold for us, and she's helped us purchase two houses. We love working with her and go back to her every-time.
